Pakistan Bar Council Employees Service Rules — section 47

47. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Rules, the Bar Council shall have the authority/right to proceed against its employee even after retirement or leaving the service if some fraud/forgery/ embezzlement or any loss caused to Bar Council on account of acts of said employee comes to knowledge of the Bar Council: Provided that in case of his death the loss so caused may be recovered from his legal heirs and property.
