Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973 — section 32

32. Appeal against order of rejection..—Where any application for admission as an advocate is rejected by a Provincial Bar Council, [and Islamabad Bar Council] the applicant may, within such period and in such manner as may be prescribed, appeal to the enrolment Committee of the Pakistan Bar Council, and the decision of that Committee on such appeal shall be final.
