47. Orders appealable. An appeal shall lie to the High Court from an order made by a 2* Court, 1.Subs. by the Federal Laws (Revision and Declaration) Ordianance, 1981 (27 of 1981, s. 3 and 2 nd Sch., for “Code of Civil Procedure”.
