Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 — Section 1: Title, extent and commencement
1. Title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890. 2 [(2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan;] and
(3)It shall come into force on the first day of July, 1890. 2. [Repeal.] Rep. by the Repealing Act, 1938 (I of 1938), s.2 and Schedule.
