Factories Act, 1934 — section 51
51. Non-adult workers to carry tokens giving reference to certificates of fitness..—_No child who has completed his 2[fourteenth] year and no adolescent shall be allowed to work in any factory unless
(a)a certificate of fitness granted to him under section 52 is in the custody of the manager of the factory, and
(b)he carries while he is at work a token giving a reference to such certificate.
