7. Appointment of Labour Attaches.⸺The 3 [Prime Minister or a person authorized by him] may, for the purpose of safeguarding the interests of emigrants and promoting Overseas Employment, appoint a person to be a Labour Attache in a place outside Pakistan and may define his duties. 1 Omitted by Ord.
