Emigration Ordinance, 1979 — section 26

26. Validation..—Any power or function of the Federal Government, the Director‑General or a Protector of Emigrants under the Emigration Act, 1922 (VII of 1922), or the rules made thereunder exercised or performed, before the commencement of this Ordinance, by any officer subordinate to the Federal Government shall be deemed to have been validly exercised or performed.
