Emigration Ordinance, 1979 — section 10
10. Advisory Committee..—The 1[Prime Minister] may, for the purpose of advising the Government, constitute an Advisory Committee, in such manner as it may think fit, and may prescribe the procedure to be followed and the functions to be performed by such Committee.
