Copyright Ordinance, 1962 — section 76

76. Appeals against orders of Registrar..—Any person aggrieved by any final decision or order of the Registrar may, within three months from the date of the decision or order, appeal to the Board: Provided that the Registrar shall not sit as a member of the Board when the Board hears an appeal under this section. 1 Added, Subs. and Ins.
