65C. Release of detained consignment..—In case where the consignment intended to be imported into or exported out of Pakistan has been detained by an officer of customs under section 65B and the requirements of the first proviso to that section are not completed, the importer or exporter of such consignment, as the case may be, may apply to the concerned customs authorities for release of such goods subject to furnishing such security as may be deemed appropriate by the officer of customs.] CHAPTER XIV OFFENCES AND PENALTIES
