Copyright Ordinance, 1962 — section 43

43. Copyright Office..—(1) There shall be established for the purposes of this Ordinance an office to be called the Copyright Office.

(2)The Copyright Office shall be under the immediate control of the Registrar of Copyrights who shall act under the superintendence and direction of the 1[Federal Government].

(3)The Copyright Office shall have a seal the impression whereof shall be judicially noticed. 1 Subs. by Act No. II of 1973, s. 5. 1
