208. Officers and servants of Courts. The 1[Federal Constitutional Court, the] 2[Supreme Court, the Federal Shariat Court and the Islamabad High Court], with the approval of the President and a High Court, with the approval of the Governor concerned, may make rules providing for the appointment by the Court of officers and servants of the Court and for their terms and conditions of employment 1[:] 1 [Provided that till such time rules are made in this regard, the rules providing for the appointment of officers and servants of the Supreme Court and for their terms and conditions of employment shall mutatis mutandis apply to the officers and servants of the Federal Constitutional Court.] 2
