Companies Act, 2017 — section 515
515. Removal of difficulty..—If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provision of this Act, the concerned Minister-in-Charge of the Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette make such provisions as may appear to it to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
