504. Delegation of powers..—The concerned Minister-in-Charge of the Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, direct that all or any of his powers and functions under this Act may, subject to such limitations, restrictions or conditions, if any, as he may from time to time impose, be exercised or performed by the Commission or an officer specified for the purpose.
