303. Transfer of proceedings to other Courts..—Where the Court makes an order for winding up a company under this Act, it may, if it thinks fit, direct all subsequent proceedings to be held in any other High Court, with the consent of such court and thereupon, for the purposes of the winding up of the company, such Court shall be deemed to be the “Court” within the meaning of this Act and shall have all the powers and jurisdiction of the Court thereunder.
