99D. Order of High Court setting aside forfeiture.__ (1) On receipt of the application, the 1 [High Court] shall, if it is not satisfied that the issue of the newspaper, or the book or other document, in respect of which the application has been made, contained 2[treasonable or] 3[seditious or other matter of such a nature as is] referred to in sub-section (1) of section 99A, set aside the order of forfeiture. 4
