58. Pursuit of offenders into other jurisdictions. A police-officer may, for the purpose of arresting without warrant any person whom he is authorized to arrest under this Chapter, pursue such person into any place in 2[Pakistan]. [Explanation.__ In this section, “police-officer” includes a police-officer acting under necessary for the journey from the place of arrest to the Magistrate’s Court.
