373. Court of Session to send copy of finding and sentence to 5[officer-in-charge of prosecution]. In cases tried by the Court of Session, the Court shall forward a copy of its finding and sentence (if any) to the 5[officer-in-charge of prosecution in the district] within the local limits of whose Jurisdiction the trial was held.
