Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 — Section 31: Finality of judgment

31. Finality of judgment.− A judgment or order passed, or sentence awarded, by 3[an Anti terrorism Court], subject to the result of an appeal under this Act shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.
