Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 — Section 17: Powers of 1[Anti-terrorism Courts] with respect to other offences
17. Powers of 1[Anti-terrorism Courts] with respect to other offences.__ When trying any scheduled offence, 1[an Anti-terrorism Court] may also try any offence other than the scheduled offence with which the accused may, under the Code, be charged at the same trial.
