11S. Appeal against forfeiture order 2[***].__ (1) Any party to the proceedings in which a forfeiture order is made under 2[section 11Q] 1[***] may appeal to the High Court against such an order.

(2)An appeal must be brought before the end of the period of thirty days beginning with the date on which the forfeiture order was made.
